About Jenterra
Built on ground, not guesswork.
Jenterra is a woman-owned, Certified DBE/SBE company that specifies, supplies, and installs green erosion-control and ground-stabilization systems — and helps land recover after fire. We work as one accountable partner from spec through final grade.
The name
Jen + terra: a person, and the ground she stands on.
Terra is Latin for earth, land, ground — the material we work with and the thing we're accountable to.
Jen is Jennifer Brinkman-Ayers, who founded the company and put her name on it. That isn't branding; it's a signature. When a slope holds through monsoon or a burn scar greens back in, her name is on it.
Put together, Jenterra means personal accountability for the ground itself. Ground shaped with purpose.
How we work
Specify. Supply. Stabilize.
Specify
We read the plan, the soils, and the site. Then we recommend the system that actually fits the slope, the flow, and the budget — including value-engineered alternates when they hold up.
Supply
We stock and source the materials we install: geocells, blankets, geotextiles, geogrids, sediment control, and plant-based dust suppressants. No broker markup, no drop-ship delays.
Stabilize
Our own crews install it to grade and to spec, document it for inspection, and come back for maintenance when the job calls for it.
Because one company performs all three, Jenterra provides a commercially useful function — which is what lets primes and agencies count our participation toward DBE and SBE goals, unlike a pass-through broker.
What we believe
Our standards
Do it right the first time
The right material, installed to grade, documented at inspection. Rework is the most expensive line item on any job.
Leave the land better
Plant-based, vegetated, low-impact systems — because stabilizing ground shouldn't damage the soil or water underneath it.
Say what we'll do, then do it
Clear scopes, honest timelines, and a real person on the phone when the schedule moves.
Build for the long view
Solutions that hold through monsoon, drought, and the next decade — not just through final walk.
Where we work
Arizona now. Built to travel.
Jenterra is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, and licensed to perform work in Arizona today — from the Phoenix metro to Flagstaff, Prescott, and Payson.
The erosion, dust, and post-fire problems we solve aren't unique to Arizona, and neither is our model. We're structured to expand into additional states as demand and licensing allow.
Tell us your site. We'll send an estimate.
Scope, location, timeline — and whether you need materials, installation, or both. We respond with clear next steps.
