Gravel Roadways

A road is only as good as the base beneath it. We build from the ground up — cleared, sub-graded, compacted, and finished with the surface you choose — and stabilize soft spots with geocell so it doesn't rut or wash. Built to last, graded to drain.

Road section, built right

Subgrade preparation, separation geotextile, geocell where load demands it, compacted aggregate, and a crowned surface that sheds water.

Rebuilding failing roads

Potholes and washboarding are symptoms. We correct the drainage and the base so the repair holds instead of returning next season.

Dust and maintenance

Gravel roads generate dust and lose fines. Plant-based suppressant treatment keeps the surface bound and the road usable between maintenance passes.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my gravel road keep rutting or washing out?
Weak subgrade and water running along the road instead of off it. Fixing the section and the crown solves what re-grading alone does not.
Can you fix a failing gravel road?
Yes — reclaim, re-grade, stabilize the soft sections, and re-surface so it carries traffic again.
What surfaces do you offer?
Aggregate and decomposed granite surfaces, stabilized or suppressant-treated, or a prepared base for paving.
